My Mama’s favorite and one of the most luxurious preserves we make. Cherry Barrel Jam begins with ripe cherries and slowly develops into something truly special. A touch of molasses, warm cinnamon, and almond creates the subtle impression of aged oak barrels, giving this deep garnet jam a rich, almost bourbon-barrel character, without a drop of alcohol. Its velvety, candy-like texture spreads like soft cherry taffy, melting beautifully into warm biscuits and fresh sourdough, making every bite just a little more indulgent. Pair it with baked brie, spoon it over cheesecake, swirl it into yogurt, or use it as the secret ingredient in an unforgettable Black Forest cake! 🍒 Small-batch made right here in Tennessee by . Net Wt. 8 oz (227 g) Best quality within 12 months when stored in a cool, dark pantry. Refrigerate after opening and enjoy within 3–4 weeks. For TN residents only.
