Iron Waffle started with a simple idea: breakfast should taste good, fuel your body, and bring families together. We’re a husband-and-wife team, parents to three amazing girls whom we homeschool, and a family that believes in staying active and making wellness a priority. Between working from home, homeschooling, and keeping up with our girls’ physically demanding sports and activities, our days are full! Finding convenient, protein-packed options that fit our family’s lifestyle became increasingly important. Our own journey toward better health and wellness also played a huge role in bringing Iron Waffle to life. As we’ve made changes to prioritize nutrition, movement, and taking better care of ourselves, we wanted to create something that made fueling our bodies easier without giving up the foods we love. So, we decided to create it ourselves! What started as an idea in our own kitchen grew into something we couldn’t wait to share. We began experimenting, testing recipes, and blending carefully selected, single-ingredient items to create protein-packed waffle and pancake mixes that are simple, delicious, and convenient. Today, Iron Waffle is a family-owned small business proudly rooted in Wilson County, Tennessee. Every batch is thoughtfully mixed, packaged, and prepared with care. We’re passionate about knowing what goes into our products and creating something we’re genuinely excited to serve our own family. We’re not just making waffles.
