Hey ya’ll! I’m Michelle​,​ the baker​,​ jam maker​,​ and slightly flour-covered owner behind Three Dog Acre in Watertown​,​ Tennessee. After leaving the corporate world​,​ I traded conference calls for sourdough starters and haven’t looked back. What began as a passion for baking for family and friends has grown into a small-batch bakery focused on handcrafted sourdough breads​,​ Southern-inspired treats​,​ and homemade jams made with simple​,​ quality ingredients. We specialize in soft​,​ sandwich-style sourdough; naturally fermented breads with a tender crumb and thin crust that are just as perfect for everyday sandwiches as they are toasted with butter. Alongside our signature loaves​,​ we create seasonal flavors​,​ Southern-inspired baked goods​,​ and homemade jams​,​ all made in small batches with care. Every loaf is naturally fermented​,​ mixed​,​ shaped​,​ and baked by hand right here on our little Tennessee acreage. Our philosophy is simple: small batch​,​ big flavor​,​ and made with heart.
